Our Story

We are a family-owned development company that began over 20 years ago with just a handful of rental homes. From the beginning, our focus was simple: create places where people genuinely enjoy living and feel happy coming home.

As we grew, we saw an opportunity to raise the standard of rental living by developing our communities ourselves. By building from the ground up, we gained full control over every detail—from design and materials to layout and long-term management—allowing us to create thoughtful, well-built homes that reflect our values.

Today, we are proud to be planning and developing over 200 new homes across the Myrtle Beach market in the coming years. We take pride in our work, stand behind what we build, and remain committed to delivering communities that feel personal, intentional, and built to last.
